Description

BookingKUB is a direct-booking system for hotels, resorts and guesthouses. This plugin connects your WordPress website to your BookingKUB account, so your rooms, live prices and availability appear on your own pages and guests book direct, with no commission.

Shortcodes

• [bookingkub_search] – check-in / check-out date picker with nightly prices (sold-out nights greyed out) plus adults and children. “Check availability” opens your booking page with the dates already filled in.
• [bookingkub_rooms] – room cards with photo, guests, size, beds, amenities, “from” price and a Book button. Options: columns, ids, price, link.
• [bookingkub_room id="1"] – one room in detail: gallery, description, amenities, price and availability calendar.
• [bookingkub_availability] – month calendar with nightly prices; guests pick dates and continue to booking.

Features

• Works with the block editor, Elementor and the classic editor (Shortcode block / widget).
• Uses your BookingKUB booking page design (light, grey or dark theme and button colour), or your own colours.
• English, Thai and Chinese — automatic with Polylang or WPML, or fixed in the settings.
• Room data is loaded on the server, so search engines can read your rooms. It is cached for 10 minutes.
• schema.org Hotel and HotelRoom data for Google (name, address, map, photos, check-in/out, amenities, price range, rooms).

You need a BookingKUB account. Hotels can start a free 1-month trial at bookingkub.com.

External services

This plugin connects to BookingKUB (https://bookingkub.com), the hotel booking service that holds the hotel’s rooms, prices and availability. Without it the plugin shows nothing.

• What is sent and when: when a page with a BookingKUB shortcode is shown, when the home page is shown with “Search engines” switched on, and on the plugin’s settings page, your server requests the hotel’s public data from the BookingKUB address entered in the settings (for example https://yourhotel.bookingkub.com/api/public/rooms?lang=en). The request contains only the language and your website address (in the user agent). No visitor data is sent. Results are cached for 10 minutes.
• In the visitor’s browser: the date picker and availability calendar load public prices and availability from the same BookingKUB address. The “Book” and “Check availability” buttons take the guest to the hotel’s BookingKUB booking page, where the guest enters their booking details.
• Room photos are loaded from the BookingKUB address.
