Installation
- Download the plugins and extract the files
- Upload “icontact-infusionsoft-from-popup” to your wp-content/plugins/ directory
- Activate the plugins through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
- Check the “Form Popup” Tab created by this plugins
- After create a from copy paste the shortcode to page/post to display them as button

Shortcode fails to call anything into pages

The only options of the plugin are enter form header, enter form code, enter footer code. Not sure what goes where, but it doesn't save anything anyways.
