Description

D3GB produce interactive genome maps and genome browsers with
d3 (d3js.org) from fasta, bed, gff, genbank and vcf files.

Installation

  1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/D3GB directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress
  3. Use the Settings->Genome Browser screen to create D3 Genome Browsers.
