QwryAI lets you build an AI agent for your website to answer questions, support customers, and engage visitors using your own content.
This plugin embeds your QwryAI agent directly into your WordPress site. You need a QwryAI account and a configured agent; service availability depends on your plan. Paste your Agent ID and save to display the chat widget site-wide.
External services
This plugin uses qwryai.com to provide the QwryAI chatbot service. The service-related widget loader is fetched from https://qwryai.com/widget/script/{agent_id} only after an administrator saves a valid Agent ID. The Agent ID is included in the loader URL to identify the agent. The widget then loads site-wide on public pages. No request to qwryai.com is made before this opt-in.
Data sent to qwryai.com:
- When the widget loads: the page URL/origin.
- When a visitor chats: the visitor’s chat messages and any optional contact details they provide.
This version does not automatically send logged-in WordPress user identities. The external service processes chat interactions under its terms and privacy policy.

Installation
- Go to Plugins Add New Plugin, search for “QwryAI”, then click Install and Activate (or upload the ZIP via Upload Plugin).
- Go to Settings QwryAI Options, paste your Agent ID, and click Save Changes.

How do I add my agent?

- Install and activate this plugin on your WordPress website.
- Copy your Agent ID from QwryAI your agent Settings General.
- Open Settings QwryAI Options in your WordPress dashboard.
- Paste it into the Agent ID field.
- Click Save Changes.

Why isn’t my widget appearing?

If your agent uses a domain allow-list, add your WordPress site’s domain in QwryAI before testing the widget.

Can I use another QwryAI environment?

For local or staging use, define QWRYAI_CHATBOT_APP_URL in wp-config.php before WordPress loads plugins. Set it to your environment’s base URL without a trailing slash. The default is https://qwryai.com.
